Arepa is rapidly building a strong reputation in the UK technical restoration market. Our aim is to offer complete solutions for loss adjusters across a wide range of loss types and sizes. To achieve this, we work closely with specialist providers whose skills augment our core expertise in handling complex and technical loss scenarios. For example, we recently processed a claim for adjusters involving damage to many thousands of units of high-quality high-value computer hardware. Registration and traceability played a key role in the management of the collection, storage and re-distribution process. We worked closely with the insured and subcontracted a specialist strategic partner to handle asbestos removal. In today's market place one disaster recovery company will rarely be able to offer all the necessary skills from a single source. Most concentrate on cleaning up and do not employ engineers with specialist skills. Arepa, on the other hand project manages all aspects of major and complex loss, and as appropriate, sub-contracts the less technical aspects to approved partners. This includes asbestos removal, carpet cleans and debris removal. Structure cleaning is part of the Arepa service package supporting the electronic, mechanical and technical decontamination work. We source and project manage these and a full range of other applicable skills through established partnership arrangements. We are providing adjusters with consultancy on major loss as well as the calibration of equipment, post incident. We are in the business of delivering solutions. And that applies to every aspect of the damage management process. |
